Who we are.
Xhek Construction builds residential and mixed-use buildings in Albania and Italy — new buildings and the regeneration of existing ones — with the same attention from the structure to the finish.
We work close to the architecture. The drawing is the standard the site is held to, and what is handed over at the end is what was designed at the start.

Tolerances, sequences and finishes are agreed before work starts and checked as it goes, so that what is built is what was designed.

Every site brings its own conditions: a tight urban plot, a garden full of trees, a building with a history. The work is shaped around them rather than against them.

Materials that weather well, details that can be reached and maintained, structures with room to change. A building should be easy to keep for the people who live in it.
